Half-day and full-day workshops for teams of any technical level. The goal is not AI awareness — it's AI fluency. By the end of a workshop, your team should understand how these systems actually reason, be able to write prompts that produce reliable results, and know how to design workflows that incorporate AI without losing human oversight.
Every workshop is built from scratch around your team's roles and use cases. Legal teams learn differently than engineering teams. Operations teams need different examples than marketing teams. Generic training produces generic results.
Sessions are interactive and hands-on from hour one. We work through your actual workflows, your actual documents, your actual edge cases — not hypothetical scenarios from a slide deck.

For organizations that have built a foundation of AI literacy and are ready to move into systematic implementation. I design the AI integration architecture, help select the right tools for your specific use cases, and work alongside your team to build systems that actually get used.
This is not generic AI strategy work. Every recommendation is grounded in your actual operations — the workflows, the data, the team structure, and the decision points where AI creates genuine leverage. I use Claude and Gemini where they fit best, and custom API integrations where off-the-shelf tools don't.
Implementation work includes the change management piece that most consultants skip: making sure your team understands the system, trusts it appropriately, and can extend it without me.
Pricing
Engagements start at $20,000. Scope and structure vary based on team size, program depth, and duration. Discovery calls are free — we'll figure out fit and scope before talking numbers.
